Red Desert @ Signature Tone

WHEW!
So I had the chance to meet up and take some photos of the band Red Desert at SignatureTone, a recording studio in Richfield this past weekend. They've got a new album dropping this spring, and also a couple of big shows planned for this summer. If you get the chance, I highly recommend seeing these guys live, as they put on one of hell of a show and will rock your face off! Literally!

I feel blessed to have gotten the chance to be in the studio with them, to document, and witness the sheer heaviness that is their music. Thanks guys!

Also, much props and major THANK YOU's to Adam Tucker who was kind enough to let me into his studio to photograph and hang out......and play Double Dragons.

(If your band needs professional recording done, this is the guy to do it! http://www.signaturetonerecording.com/ )

Yes, he had Double Dragons. Go Ahead, be jealous!

The Cookbook "CAUSE" 1 hell of an epic night

DANG, finally got some video from the show at CAUSE of The Cookbook. Let me just start off by saying, "WOW, what a hell of a night!" We played an awesome show, I found a $10 bill folded into a little t-shirt during soundcheck, and vibed hard enough for folks to come up to the stage and start shakin some butt's! NOW THATS WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT!

Here are some photos and video, a recap if you will.

Lil guy I found on the floor.
Anxiety, we start the show.
An interesting scrawl on the wall I found, they liked us :)

"PLAYA" #3: A TRIBUTE to our Australian mates, and good friends I met along the way.

Burning Man, as I experienced it, is about community. It's about 50,000 people (from all over the world) coming together and forming the kind of society, "The Default World" should be. It's about sharing, sustainability, & overall, a consciousness of one race.
This post is dedicated to those who took us in as their own, who've shared their morning's with us in search of bacon and coffee, and friendly faces that came out of the dust, just for a hug.

THANK YOU!
